What the extension does

Processes page interactions locally to generate test steps and DOM selectors (XPath/CSS) for the active tab.

Data collected

  • Page labels/text and element paths are processed on device only.
  • The extension does not collect PII, credentials, financial, or health information.

Storage

  • User preferences and saved scenarios are stored in chrome.storage (local/sync) only.
  • No data is transmitted to external servers.

Permissions & purpose

  • activeTab, scripting, storage, clipboardWrite, (optional) tabs, and (restricted if used) host_permissions. Used solely to provide the core functionality described above.

Sharing & sale of data

  • We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
  • We do not use data for unrelated purposes or for creditworthiness/lending decisions.

User controls

  • Recording is user-initiated and can be stopped anytime.
  • You may clear all stored data from the extension’s settings.

Children

  • Not directed to children under 13.

  • Updates to this policy will be posted on this page.
